Games on moaslots.com are simulated for entertainment only. No real-money gambling, and no prizes or winnings of real-world value. Virtual currency/items have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for real money.
These Terms govern your use of the Moa Slots website/app (the “Service”) provided by Moa Slots Limited (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
- You must be at least the legal gambling age where you are located. In New Zealand, casino entry is generally 20+, so our Service is intended for users aged 20+.
- You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and comply with applicable laws.
2) Accounts & security
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or policy breaches.
3) Virtual currency, virtual items & purchases
- “Coins”, “chips”, “gems”, “Club Pass”, boosts and other virtual items are licensed, not sold, and are for in-game use only.
- No real-world value: virtual currency/items are not redeemable for cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value, and cannot be transferred outside the Service except where we explicitly allow.
- In-app purchases (if offered) are processed by your app store/payment provider. Prices, taxes, billing, and refunds are governed by that provider’s terms and applicable law. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
- We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove virtual currency/items or features at any time, including for balancing or security.
4) Prohibited conduct
- No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
- No harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
- No buying/selling accounts or virtual items for real money, or attempting to cash out.
5) Intellectual property & user content
We own (or license) the Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks. If you submit content (e.g., chat, support messages), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Service. Do not submit content you do not have rights to.
6) Availability, changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms, and may discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws.
8) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. Please contact us first to try to resolve any dispute informally.
