1) Who may use the Service

Our Service is intended only for adults who are of legal gambling age in New Zealand. At a minimum, you must be 18 years old. If a higher age applies to a particular gambling context under New Zealand law (for example, 20 years old for entry to a licensed casino venue), you must meet that higher age.

2) Age gates and checks we use

• Age prompt at entry/registration: you may be asked to confirm your age and/or provide your date of birth before creating an account or accessing gameplay.
• Account information review: we may review profile details and signals that indicate an account may belong to a minor.
• Verification on request: we may require proof of age/identity (for example, a government-issued photo ID) to confirm eligibility.
• Purchase/payment checks (where applicable): if you purchase optional in-game items, we may use transaction and payment-related checks to help identify underage use or misrepresentation.
• Ongoing monitoring: we may use automated and manual checks to detect suspected underage access and repeat attempts to bypass age gates.

3) If we suspect underage access

• We may restrict features, suspend gameplay, or place the account into a verification state.
• We may request additional information to confirm age.
• If we confirm (or reasonably believe) the user is underage or that age information is false, we may terminate the account and block further access.
• Where permitted by law and our terms, virtual items/coins may be forfeited and purchases may be handled in line with our applicable refund/chargeback processes.
